Some patients may decide to extend their stay beyond this if is felt more time and support is required.
28 day programs were developed for insurance reasons, as they would not pay more to treatment centers, and although some people may grasp an understanding of the program it is a fact, the ones who stand the best chances of getting well complete a proper full length stay of treatment.
